First, I was able to book super easily from finding them online and found an appointment the very next day. They were quick to assign a technician and also shared their status when en route the day of. Once Landen came, he was very thorough and explained in detail everything the appointment entailed, and once he saw the issue, he was able to recommend the best service for the immediate issue on hand. Landen was very patient and knowledgeable, and I felt very confident with all the work he did (I had another electrical company come in before by my home warranty, and it was not good). Highly recommend West Houston Electric and Landen was great!

He did a full safety inspection of our home's electrical systems, explained everything he was doing, and went over the estimates with me before beginning the work. Rolando at West Houston Electric did a fantastic job for us. We had a few electrical projects we needed quotes on. Rolando explained thoroughly what work needed to be done, how pricing worked, and what the available options were. He was personable, polite, and friendly. He was quick with his work, and made sure that I tested, signed off, and was satisfied with the results. We did not go ahead with all of the projects I got quotes on, but we did get a junction added to an existing lower level plug, and an outlet added on the other side of a stud, and above a counter. I am very happy with their work. I felt safe knowing who was coming to my residence and what they looked like.

Edgar did a fantastic job installing my Ring Spotlight camera. He told how he was going to install it, what power supply he was going to tap into, he explained everything step by step. He cleaned up the wiring clipping after he was done. He let me set the camera and then went back up the ladder to aim the camera and the lights. I am very pleased with Edgar’s work. My neighbor came home as he was finishing; now she wants him to do work for her.

Second review. Theo and his co-worker Christian, came out to do more work today as we determined from the last visit. Once again, on-time and efficient service. All the new outdoor electric weatherproof sockets look great. New copper ground outdoors installed and master electric box reworked where appropriate. Two great techs from a great company. Would not think of calling anyone else! Thanks!
Third Review; Theo came over today and did a complete inspection of my electrical panel and other things. He spent a lot of time with me thoroughly explaining any possible opportunities and provided me with detailed estimates to review. Also installed a GFCI outlet in place of a regular one in my laundry room to provide safety near the water source of my laundry room.
