This is my GO electric company. From the moment I called in I was greeted with professionalism and was very empathetic to my situation. They showed up within the time frame they promised. Ruben was tech who, for a job that only can take 10 minutes, stayed here all day dealing with CenterPoint and the city I love in to get permits for disconnect/reconnect. He even followed up in the evening to give me an update. Now that is Old School customer service going above and beyond.

West Houston Electric, and Travis in particular, were great! They were able to come out the very next day. Travis was very personable and took the time to thoroughly explained wha he found. Not only did he address the immediate issue but uncovered a larger (legitimate) issue we weren’t aware of. I highly recommend them.
