Travis provided a truly professional experience and service in getting my house up to code. I had so many things wrong from previous electricians and he articulated each issue and risk associated. JD laid out all the costs up front, and the thing I liked best about West Houston Electric was if I didn't like the price, and decided not to have the work done, it would have cost me nothing. We did have the work done, and again, he identified areas that could bd problematic in the future, but put exactly zero pressure on me to have the additional work done. I have my new electric company in Katy! I will definitely be calling on West Houston Electric if we have other issues in the future!

Zach and the team were awesome! Installed a 48amp EV charger in garage. A 60amp breaker was installed in box on back on house, with wiring run through attic. Very professional, clean install, and only took a few hours.

Mr Matt was great. I had other things I wanted done and advised on plans for that and appropriate fans and things to buy later on. Fan's replacements and added outlets, as well.as ensuring where to buy the right equipment needed in advance. He gave me ideas and ways to go about it in stages as well and did great work installing drop lights over the kitchen area of a new build and a fancy light fixture. He was very helpful with questions and answers I had. As well as took his time to ensure things worked appropriately and advised me of the things i planed to do in the next few months. That the fans were correct and would work for the house efficiently and checked the house for anything out of order or improvements per the policy they have, which was good to know. He was nice and professional, called and gave me time frames and was helpful with the free consultation on my ideas. I do recommend this company and will use in the future. Great job Mr Mike.
