However, they waived the trip fee altogether for the inconvenience, and Rolan was super-cool and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the work and making the whole process smooth. He was prompt, handled the inspection and requested service with care, was mindful of my new floors (big plus), and left his workspace clean afterwards. Thanks, Rolan! 5 stars.
