The evening after the initial appointment, I still had a problem with my GFI plug. The next day I called and coordinated a booking to have a service person come out and resolve the issue. Within a short period of time, the technician was able to determine the issue, again waited 24 hours to see if the GFI switch tripped or not. Success was achieved. The service technician was on target on time very polite and very knowledgeable.

Christian and Travis came to my rescue to tackle the unyielding light bulb above my sink. This stubborn little bulb had refused to budge, so it required a full removal of the fixture to finally extract the old bulb. Now, thankfully, I have light over my sink again. And don't worry, I won't be making any "How many people does it take to change a light bulb?" jokes... except to say that it took two professionals, a fixture removal, and a lot more effort than you'd expect for a bulb! Why did Christian and Travis bring ropes to change the light bulb? Because they were ready for a fixture adventure!

Mr. Christian Threet and his companion were very professional in everything that they did and they explained everything and left me a copy so I will remember the things that needs to be done on my house for safety reasons. Thank you so much !

Rolan did a great job. He was very polite and professional. He explained clearly what needed to be done and the pricing. He also provided me with payment options offered through the company. He gave me time to decide with no pressure on which issues (repairs) I wanted to have done. There were lots of electrical fire hazards he located and reccomended to be repaired. I had him complete some of those issues today and scheduled to have the remainder of the issues a week later. He was thorough with all of the installation work and left the area's were he worked very clean. I would with confidence recommend Rolan "West Houston Electric" to family, neighbors and friends. I was scheduled today with Rolan for a new breaker box package and some additional GFCI's. The installation was well planned. I was told step by step what to expect and the time it would take to complete the install,s. Rolan and Austin arrived on time as scheduled. They did a fantastic job with all the installation(s) work. They were both very professional, respectful and polite. They worked continuously despite the hot temperature with the sun and heat to get the job done within the scheduled estimated time frame. Once the installs were completed Rolan walked me through each installation location to inspect, review and test (were needed). They put everything back in place and left my place clean from any installation debris. I'm very pleased. Great job! Excellent workers!
