I called West Houston Electric to have a power outlet installed in the garage for our new garage door openers. I was impressed by how reliable and punctual they were. JD Smith arrived on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly, showing real expertise. It was like having an old friend doing the install. If you want someone that is going to take the time to explain what he is going to do based on what you requested, Christian T. is the right choice. He took the time to listen to my request, make suggestions based on his experience, and took the time to answer questions around what i was planning electrically for my home in the future. Additionally he reviewed work previously done by another company and identified what areas of the home might need attention in the future. Most importantly he was not pushy, but passed along his knowledge. Most importantly i did not feel like another customer. Christian took the time to get to know what i was planning in the present and future. I plan to request Christian in the future for my next electrical plans.

If your in a jam and need someone to come out. I give them a 10 out of 10 they will respond in a timely manner and the technician showed up and gave a estimate. The technician was professional also. They were a little expensive for the job I needed done. So I decided to go with someone else but they were courteous and the technician was professional.

On this holiday week, I’m thankful that JD from West Houston Electric was able to come out within a couple of hours and quickly assess and fix a broken switch. He and his teammate were friendly, professional and knowledgable. We will continue to use this company in the future.

Roland Bowes is awesome! He helped a few years ago on a few items. I've called other electricians intermittently but none of them were as good a Roland. I'm happy to work with him again- he also fixed a few other items he actually recommended a few years ago and I also signed up for the annual service plan. From the moment Rolan arrived on time, the whole experience was excellent. The team showed great knowledge and expertise when fixing our electrical repair issue, and their prices were very affordable. I especially appreciated their reliability – they completed the work quickly and left everything clean. I would definitely call West Houston Electric again for any future electrical work.

Theo did a great job this week and was very thorough, He also performed a valuable home electrical inspection who good information as a home owner. We scheduled some major electrical work and expect fantastic results.
