From the moment I called, West Houston Electric was reliable and prompt. Sean arrived on time, was extremely professional, and showed great knowledge while completing the electrical repair. Sean and Dalton worked efficiently and the whole process felt seamless. I appreciated their professionalism and would recommend them for any electrical needs.

The guys showed up on time, wore carpet booties, explained all options, remedies, and performed the work professionally. I will be using them in the future and recommending them to friends. JD was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, fixed our electrical issues very quickly, explained how the issues occurred, what he was doing to prevent them from reoccurring, and provided suggestions for future revisions to our system. I also had a lot of questions, which he patiently answered.

Theo and his assistant were on time, professional and courteous. The work was done efficiently and made sure I didn’t have any questions. I feel like they truly care about doing a great job. I plan to have them return after the holidays to do a couple of things to set me up for a whole house generator capability and to update some additional equipment.
